The apple sauce is handmade from the best Bramley Apples, by slowly stewing the apples until soft and then gently crushing them together, to ensure you are left with a rich, full flavoured sauce. Our apricot, sage & sausage meat stuffing is something to behold - the combination of the pork sausage meat and sautéed onions, with the subtle undertones of fresh sage would satisfy the most discerning palate. However at Jimmy's Farm we go that extra mile by adding roughly chopped apricots, which makes the final combination look amazing to the eye and unbelievable to the taste.
